RULES & REGULATIONS

Student Conduct
  1. If a student gets into trouble at school, home or church, special projects will be assigned
    to them during their project time (such as: cleaning up the facility, washing the vehicles,
    typing papers, outside work etc.). We will coordinate with the child’s parent and/or Church
    leader to agree on the best amount of time to give the student that will fit the misbehavior
    or action.
  2. Students will be dismissed from the program on a three-strike system.
  3. We will reserve the right to dismiss a student immediately for disrespecting an instructor
    that may result in someone getting hurt, equipment being damaged or a project being
    compromised.
  4. Students will be monitored during the entire time they are on the premises.
  5. Students will follow strict schedules each day.
  6. Students will keep track of all projects and the amount of time they are spending on each
    project.
  7. Parents will be informed of the behavior and actions of all students good and bad.  We will
    seek to reward all good behavior and collaborate with the parents on how to correct any
    bad behavior.

Warning          
If any drugs, alcohol or weapons are found a child at the camp it will result in immediate
dismissal and law enforcement officials to be notified

Field Trips        
Parents will be notified regarding scheduled dates/times of all trips. A field trip permission form
must be signed and on file in order for your child to go on a trip with the camp.  (See enclosed
form).

Illness                        
If your child is sick, please keep him/her home that day.

Emergency        
In case of an emergency the parent/guardian will be contacted immediately.

Food        
A lunch and snack will be provided daily, please let us know if your child is allergic to any food.

Attire        
Unacceptable attire includes: sagging pants, halter tops, mini skirts, mini shorts, tummy tops,
bandanas, spandex outfits, and t-shirts with inappropriate pictures or language.

Discipline        
Good Behavior is expected from all students at all times.  If your child presents a discipline
problem that cannot be handled by the counselors, parents will be immediately contacted and
the child will be asked to leave the camp for that day.

Dismissal from camp        
If a child repeatedly disrespects others and causes problems relating to the safety of the camp,
that child will be dismissed from the camp permanently without financial refund.

Fees                                
All fees are due Bi-weekly.  Monthly Payments will be acceptable.

Personal Possessions        
Do not allow your child to bring toys or personal items from home.  We will not be responsible for
them.

Medication                        
No Medication, including aspirin, will be given out.

Early Pick Up        
Please make arrangements for early dismissal with the program counselors.  Do not send
unauthorized persons to pick up your child.

Transportation        
Let the counselors know, at registration, if you will need transportation for your child to and from
the camp.
