Students will Earn
Personal & Spiritual Development
Daily Projects that the students will work on
Students will use the skills they are learning on Actual Community
Projects.
Students will work on the projects below as part of their daily
activities that will instill the discipline, attention to detail and
develop the necessary skills, abilities and opportunities that will
help each student to determine
* a career path,
* acquire the resources to work towards their career
* and the attitude and courage needed to succeed as a
World Leader.

2) Our World (TV Show, Magazine & Network)
3) Next Level (TV Show, Magazine & Network)
4) The Gathering Place
The Students will work in the following areas while working on the
projects listed above.

Our Desire
Our desire is to create as many channels and outlets as possible
that will capture each student*s abilities and allow them to work on
projects that will sustain their attention and develop a passion and
motivation in them to strive harder and one that will motivate them
to make the right decisions in tough situations or when under
peer pressure.
Our desire is to give these students the opportunity to take
ownership of their projects. Students will have the opportunity to
work on projects that will produce results that affect and change
people's lives, organizations and entire communities.
Overall Goal
We will establish leadership skills in the participating youth by
allowing them to work on projects that will *bring-out* their natural
skills and abilities. The projects will create a passion in them that
motivates them to spend their free time working on projects that
will keep them away from other self destructive activities and
environments. The leadership development programs will give
our participants an outlet to work with and establish skills in media
and business and provide needed services to the community.

| S.A.Y. SCHOLARSHIP & SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM It is our Desire to give every child the opportunity to participate in this program. As-One Media have developed a sponsorship program to give community members, organizations and businesses the opportunity to donate funds, that will be used to enroll our at-risk and low-income students, giving one more child the opportunity to work towards becoming one of our Community's Future Leaders.
